I was advised that the sump plug was jammed and that it took over an hour to free the part and then undo. I was kept informed of the situation and advised of the consequences if the part could not be freed. It was only through the efforts of Dave that the plug was finally released. When I picked up the vehicle I was shown all the parts that had been replaced including the damaged sump plug. I can only thank Dave for his efforts as the alternative would have been a new sump cover. I have used Autopics three times to date and on each occasion they have proved highly satisfactory
